Moe Motamedi’s Industry Expertise Will Support Company Growth

San Francisco, CA – December 9, 2012

Phizzle, Inc., a leading technology provider of advanced mobile marketing products and digital advertising solutions, today announced the appointment of Moe Motamedi as Chief Technology Officer. In his new role, Motamedi will oversee and manage the development of Phizzle’s core technology business and will play a key role in shaping the company’s next-generation mobile platform, applications, digital and social solutions.

Motamedi brings to Phizzle a wealth of experience and industry knowledge. With more than 18 years of experience working with mobile markets in North America, Europe and Asia, he has managed product launches and software releases for global carriers such as Vodafone, Orange, Verizon, Sprint and tier one handset manufacturers including Samsung, LG and Nokia.

Most recently, Motamedi oversaw operations of Lightsquared’s LTE sandbox, which included building an ecosystem of partners responsible for creating future mobile broadband services. Previously, Moe was the Executive Director of Technical Marketing and Carrier Operations for Amobee Media Systems, which was acquired by Singtel, and part of management team at PacketVideo and Moderati (Faith Inc). He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of California at Davis and a MS in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University. Motamedi holds a patent in the area of wireless video compression.
