Phizzle provides support for mobile marketing services that are hosted and or managed by Phizzle directly or through 3rd party partnership agreements. Support is provided at no charge via e-mail. Please note: Phizzle cannot be responsible for technical support for services provided by other non-partner mobile marketing services.

Phizzle respects your privacy. We obtain only the minimum amount of information needed to support the mobile services. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of delivering the service you have requested and for providing customer support. At no time will your personal information be used to promote unrelated services, or shared, rented, or sold to any third party service. Phizzle will send you promotional messages only with your agreement. Phizzle complies with all state and federal information privacy regulations.

On Opting-in and Opting-out:

• How to Opt-in to our programs:
  You can visit the Terms & Conditions page to find out more specific information on each program or sweepstakes/contest. To opt-in to our services from your mobile phone, you can send a text message to 74499 to opt-in to the program or contest/sweepstakes with the name of the program and with the letter or word that is asked (e.g. "PLAY" or .Y.) and you will be registered. (Again, please review the Terms & Conditions for more details.)

• How to Opt-out of our programs:
  To opt-out from any of our SMS services, you can reply to an SMS message from 74499 or text .STOP. into 74499 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you re-register.
