Benjamin Davis III

Chief Executive Officer

After spending nearly a decade in enterprise sales with Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox, Parametric Technology and EMC, Ben left the corporate world to become an entrepreneur in Silicon Valley, following his passion for sports and technology.

In 2003, Ben co-founded Pixiem, which was among the first of its kind as a developer and publisher of mobile video games. The company's customers included ESPN Networks and Wimbledon. In 2005, Pixiem was acquired by WinWin Gaming.

Ben co-founded Phizzle in 2006. Formerly a professional basketball player in Europe, he currently resides in San Francisco. Ben is a graduate of Walsh University with a BA in Business.

Mike Patrick

Chief Technical Officer

As Chief Technical Officer, Michael Patrick brings nearly three decades of experience in the design of complex videos systems to the Phizzle team. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He then began his career designing communication systems and overseeing government contracts for the United States Department of Defense. He is the recipient of two U.S. Government Scientific Achievement Awards.

For the past 13 years, he has provided consulting services to Chyron Corporation, where he continues to expand upon new features and enhancements to Lyric, Chyron's character generator software. A recognized expert in the area of custom software solutions for the broadcast industry, Michael's expertise has made him a trusted resource to clients with diverse sets of network production needs, from studio and truck-based sports productions to television news. His extensive list of satisfied clients includes Turner Broadcasting, Turner Sports, Fox News, The Golf Channel, Sky News Network, NBA Entertainment and the Cowboys Stadium production team.

Fred Yoon

Vice President of Products

Fred is responsible for overseeing the day to day Operations for Application Development, Client Support and Professional Services, as well as supporting Business Development initiatives.

Fred joined Phizzle in 2006 and has played an integral role in the growth of our company from a business development and client operations perspective. He brings over 10 years of sales and management experience which span the high tech and medical industries. Fred is a graduate of DePauw University with a BA in Economics.

Mike Maleski

Vice President of Sales

Formerly the director of new media sales for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Mike has more than 19 years of experience in the print and online publishing industries. Mike led the Cavs.com’s transition from a rotational format to the NBA’s first impression-based ad sales platform. Mike was named one of the NBA’s most influential executives of change by Sports Business Journal.

Prior to the Cavs, Mile was the director of retail sales for Cleveland.com where he led the retail-based print and online sales initiatives to achieve unprecedented site expansion with record display ad sales revenue and mobile platforms.

Christina Mixon

VP Business Development, Sports

Christina oversees the development strategies for Phizzle’s roster of professional, collegiate and high school sports properties, as well as corporate sponsors. Additionally, she manages the development of new multi-media activation programs to establish and develop relationships between brands, fans and teams.

Prior to joining Phizzle, Christina was Director at the National Basketball Association and worked extensively with the NBA’s marketing group to utilize new technologies to create additional sponsorship opportunities for broadcast and stadium/arena displays. Preceding the NBA, she was associated with ESPN/ABC Sports and launched a series of new technology platforms for network productions.

Jeff Ryznar

Vice President of Marketing

Previously the Director of Strategic Marketing for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Jeff brings to Phizzle more than eight years of experience in developing marketing and advertising programs to strengthen and elevate the awareness of national brands with customers.

At the Cleveland Cavaliers, Jeff was responsible for developing, collaborating and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales while implementing new technologies to streamline business processes and enhance fan engagement.

Prior to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Jeff was the Regional Account Supervisor for Lowe Worldwide/Martin Jay Advertising, where he oversaw the Buick/Pontiac and GMC local marketing groups and was responsible for the advertising operations of 16 dealer groups and over $18 million in media billings.

Jeff LilliBridge

Vice President of Social Media

Jeff oversees and manages social network efforts, digital marketing campaigns and online corporate partnerships at Phizzle.

Formerly with the Cleveland Cavaliers/Quicken Loans Arena as Director Web Services, Jeff was instrumental in the launch and success of theQarena.com, LakeErieMonsters.com, and CavFanatic.com. Prior to the Cavs, He spent the previous six seasons with the Detroit Pistons/Palace Sports & Entertainment, working in new media.

Drew Jennings

Vice President of Business Development

Drew Jennings is a mobility business development and product strategy expert with more than 17 years in sales, marketing, management consulting, account management, legal services and product strategy development. He has held key management positions at AT&T, Verizon, Cricket Communication and Wipro Technologies. A recognized industry leader, Drew is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Drew most recently worked for Wipro Technologies as a product strategy consultant to large telecommunication and media companies. He specializes in breaking new ground by creating mobile and digital products and strategies for both wireless carriers and application developers.

Drew holds a J.D. from the University of Washington, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics from Eckerd College, where he was also honored as a Ford Foundation Scholar.
